Nets
Hey there, KCARC net manager here,
If you found this page and are looking for a place to get “ON THE AIR” (OTA) and to gain some experience operating your new VHF, UHF, and/or HF radio(s), or you are a new amateur wanting to stretch your operating wings to gain some practical experience? THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO START!
Even if you are an experienced HAM looking to exercise the radio equipment or simply want to get OTA & Rag Chew, then come out and join us on our WEDNESDAY Evening NETs!
We have an active group of experienced and novice radio operators, all who enjoy, the comradery of other HAMs’ “ON THE AIR”, (OTA).
The sole purpose of these NETs is, to give amateur radio operators of all levels, a place to meet and discuss subjects of interest related to the spirit of amateur radio, and/or to ask questions about things you may only find out by doing so in a form like this.
Participating in NETs, you will gain valuable operating lessons, and experience in both; radio and NET operating protocols, learning what other operators are doing to improve their skills and/or equipment.
“We” KCARC extend an open invitation to all licensed amateur radio operators, club member or not, to join us.
See our schedule for times, frequencies, and modes for more information.
Get “Radio Active,” with KCARC MONDAY & WEDNESDAY EVENING NETs!
