KCARC Repeater Terms of Service

The Kitsap County Amateur Radio Club (KCARC) does not discriminate against any rule-abiding operator. However, individuals who engage in disruptive behavior or fail to comply with the Communications Act or FCC Rules may be restricted from using KCARC repeaters and services. To maintain compliance and order, KCARC has established these Terms of Service.

Cheryl Street Radio Site

Cheryl St Site has an amateur repeater, HamWan Dishes, and a PTX camera at 200′

Amateur Repeater – Open for licensed Amateur (Ham) users

Frequency: 444.075 (RX) 449.075 (TX)

Analog: CTCSS 103.5 (Tone on TX and RX)

DMR: CC1 – Repeater ID 311429

Located near Cheryl St in East Bremerton. It is a mixed mode Hytera RD-982i-U1. It operates Analog and DMR. The repeater when operating in DMR is connected to the BrandMeister global network.

The HamWan dishes provide redundant connectivity via Beacon Tower in Seattle and Buck Mountain in the Olympic Mountains west of Poulsbo.

A Sunba PTZ Camera provides amazing views of the Olympics, Cascades, and Seattle.
